Cyclones, type JA & CS     Rotary Valve, type JK-S

Cyclone, type JA

Aairex Cyclones, type JA are used for separation of fine grained particles in transport and dust extraction plants.  The cyclones are made so that an efficiency, considerably above the normal types of cyclones, has been reached.  The cyclones are all welded and treated with primer.

Cyclone, type CS

Aairex Cyclones, type CS are used for air technical plants within the wood and paper industry, especially within grain and feeding stuff industry for separation of chaffs and grain dust etc. in the outlet air from drying plants and cleaning plants.  The cyclones are rolled, riveted and made from galvanised sheet steel.

Rotary Valves

Aairex Rotary Valves are used for sluicing material away from filters and cyclones.   Dependent on the design the rotary valves are made from 2mm  - 3mm steel plate or from cast iron.  Rotary Valve type JK-S has 6 rotor arms with hard wearing rubber blades bolted to them.  Rotary Valve type B-S has 8 rotor arms.  Rotary Valve type JK-T is designed for discharge of material under physically difficult conditions.   The casing and the end plates of this rotary valve are made from cast-iron whereas the robust rotor is made from mild steel.  The rotor is also available in stainless steel.
