Super Blower Filter
Aairex super blower filter is a
bag filter designed for continuous operation under negative pressure. The polluted air is
led into the filter chamber and through the filter bags which filter the pollutants from
the air. The filter is manufactured from self-supporting steel plate modules.
When cleaning is neccessary a continuous current of air is blown down into the filter
bags. This method of cleaning exercises only minimal load on the filter bags, it prevents
condensation, and it saves energy.
The pictures above show a recent installation to handle
dust resulting from the production of insulation foam.

Blower/Jet Filter
Aairex blower and
jet filters are bag filters designed for continuous operation under positive or negative
pressure.
The blower filter's automatic cleaning of the filter media is achieved by a continuous
current of air generated by a high-pressure blower and blown down into the filter bags.
The jet filter's automatic cleaning of the filter media is achieved by a short jet pulse
of air supplied by a compressed-air tank and released down into the filter bags.
