Rotor filter, type HL - HLD
Aairex dust filter, type HL and HLD, is a bag filter.
The filter is used for mounting on a silo top, over a container or where transport of shavings to a refuse depot by means of a duct system is required.
The emptying of the filter is made by means of a rotary valve in the hopper.
The standard filter media is cotton or 401 g polyester.

The filter is manufactured from 1.25 mm and 2 mm galvanised sheet.

Bag emptying filter, type LS
Aairex dust filter, type LS, is a bag filter.
The filter is emptied manually by dismounting the filled plastic bags.
The inlet of the filter is placed in the end.
The filter is used for small tasks and can be mounted both indoor and outdoor.
The standard filter media is cotton or 401 g polyester.

The filter is manufactured from 1.25 mm and 2 mm galvanised sheet.

Chain filter, type CDF
Aairex dust filter, type CDF, is a bag filter.
The air is let in through one or several separate inlet modules, however, always in a distance of minimum 2 or 3 modules from the material outlet.
The emptying is made by means of rubber plugs mounted on a chain, which transports the material in the filter bottom part to the outlet of the filter mounted in one end.
If several fans are used for the same filter, we recommend the use of AAX non-return flaps in the inlets.
The filter is used for large material and air quantities.
The standard filter media is cotton or 401 g polyester.
The filter is manufactured from 1.25 mm and 2 mm galvanised sheet and delivered in lengths of 4-30 modules.

Screw filter, type S - SD
Aairex dust filter, type S and SD, is a bag filter.
The air is let in through the side of the bottom or in a separate inlet module, however, never over the material outlet.
The emptying is made by means of a screw which transports the material from each end to the middle of the filter or from one end to the filter outlet mounted oppositely.
The filter is used for large material and air quantities.
The standard filter media is cotton or 401 g polyester.
