Ducting

Aairex offer both Circular ducting for dust extraction and rectangular ducting for ventilation purposes.  A wide range of assembing methods ensures fast and effective coupling of both pipes, branches and other fittings.

Fans

Aairex offers a programme of centrifugal fans for conveyance of materials ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 m3/h.  The programme also includes fans for conveyance of materials over long distances.  Aairex fans are manufactured from 4mm to 6mm steel plate.  The aerodynamic fan impeller is dynamically and statically balanced to ensure a steady operation and high efficiency.

Dust Separators

Aairex Dust Separators are suitable for use in Pharmaceutical, Textile, Paper, Milk Powder, Cereal, Animal Feed Milling, Carbon Dust and other related industries.   A Dust Separators primary task is to provide a high and dependable degree of filtration.  The programme includes Cartridge Filters, Blower Filters and Super Blower Filters.

Filters

Aariex produce a range of Filters that are primarily for use in the woodworking industry. 

Spray Booths

Aairex supply Powder, Dry Filter and Water Wash Spray Booths in various sizes and specifications.  This page is currently under construction.

DS Filters

The Dust Storm filter programme consists of five basic models, DS 12, 20, 28, 36 and 44.   The model number refers to the number of filter bags in the filter.  They are designed for environmental and pneumatic transport of many different kinds of dust.

Cyclones & Rotary Valves

Aairex Cyclones are pre-separators for suction plant and conveyance systems.  The cyclone programme is made in 1mm and 2mm galvanised sheet and 2mm and 3mm steel plate.

Aairex Rotary Valves are used for sluicing material away from filters and cyclones.   Dependent on the design the rotary valves are made from 2mm  - 3mm steel plate or from cast iron.
