AGTI is recognised as being one of the strongest and most vigorous of the subject Associations. There are many more teachers of geography who would benefit greatly from membership, and with increased numbers the Association in turn could more efficiently represent the interests of Geography Teachers.

The site is being developed to inform geography teachers of the activities and services provided by the Association as well as providing information on geography related matters.
