Bailieborough Community School

We work closely with parents and value their involvement. Regular contact with parents is maintained in a number of ways:

• Parents' Association
• Principal / Deputy Principal / Year Leaders meet parents on request
• Career Guidance Counsellor meets parents on request
• Progress reports are issued twice yearly
• Student / Parent / Teacher meetings are held annually for each Year group
• School Newsletter (4 issues annually) to each family
• Student Journal for notes to/from Year Leaders, Tutors and Class Teachers
• Parents are invited to make an appointment to meet the Principal and/or any teacher if they wish to discuss any matter concerning their child's education
• Parents are kept informed of the various stages of their child's education through information evenings
