College Administration

The College under the Provincial Council is administered by the President who is also Rector of the Holy Ghost community. The President is assisted by two Vice-Presidents, The Managerial Staff, an Education Committee, a Financial Committee and Staff Assembies.

In order to facilitate the smooth management of the school the Headmaster and Deputy-Headmaster are assisted by seven Deans (one for each year and two for the boarding school), Administrative Assistants, Heads of Departments and seven Counsellors.

The Deans of each year are assisted by House Representitives chosen from the student body of each year. Twelve are elected in each year by their peers, with an additional six in Transition Year. The Boarding Deans are assisted by House Masters and student representatives from the boarding school.

The Parents besides being involved in various seminars and meetings, especially help in the ongoing facilitation of the Pastoral Progamme. There is a special Parents' Committee in Transition Year. The involvement of the parents is integral to the realisation of the spirit of the College.
