Nathair nimhe, peisteoga agus síolta ag fás
Bhí na páistí i Ranganna 1 agus 2 ag cuir siolta. D'fhéach siad ar na síolta ag fás faoin micreascóp. Thóg an micreascóp pictiúr de na síolta ag fás gach uair a chloig. Rinne muid fís den eachtra. Shíl na páistí go raibh na preamhacha cosiúl le peisteoga agus scriobh siad scéalta deasa faoi.
The children in First and Second class planted snow peas. They watched the seeds germinate and grow. The microscope in the classroom took a photograph of some of the seeds growing every hour. The filmclip of the process may be seen above. Many students thought that the root and shoots growing were like snakes and worms. What do you think?
We watched our seeds under a microscope. They germinated and grew roots and shoots. They are growing very quickly. The roots are white and the shoots are green.

SCARY PEAS
We had science week and we did some scary work. In our classroom we grew some scary peas.
The scary peas turned out to look like a {SCARY} snake {or a worm wriggling out of an apple}. At break I came in to get my lunch when I saw the snake {worm} eating my lunch. The next thing you know, the snake bit me and I fell flat on the floor. The End

SCARY PEAS
We had science week and we did some experiments. Scary peas! In our classroom scary peas started growing.
They look like wiggley snakes from an apple in our computer. And they looked like worms from a ball. The scary peas are getting bigger and bigger every day. They are like ghostly snakes.
