GLENDALOUGH WALKINGGlendalough is a serious place for the walkers amongst you. With routes and tracks ranging from a casual stroll to the serious hike it has enough to suit all levels. While enjoying a casual stroll along the green road one can also see the enthusiast decked out in full hiking gear off on a serious hike through the valley. The great thing about it is that each of the different routes keep one thing in common. The all share the scenic beauty of the landscape. |

The colour of Glendalough seems to change from minute to minute, at times resembling all four seasons in one day, almost esuring a different view each time. Dusk is particularly spectacular with the sun setting over the top of the upper lake casthing a beautiful glow over the water. |

| For the adventerous you can walk up the waterfall side and venture around the top of the lake enjoying the best scenery Glendalough has to offer. Stand back and enjoy the panoramic scene of green valley walls and wide open water. | |
