After having been postponed once before to November 30, 1999 it has now emerged that the decision by An Bord Pleanála will not now be made until early in the new year.

Concern over Mullaghmore Delay - Oct. 15 1999

The Burren Action Group has expressed grave concern at last week's decision by An Bord Pleanála to defer its ruling on plans to develop visitor facilities at Mullaghmore. A spokesman for An Bord Pleanála said that they would take all measures to ensure that a final decision would be announced as quickly as possible although he was unable to state when that would be.
