RE: SCHEDULE OF REINSTATEMENT WORKS
Remove Tarmac completely off site and remove hard-core to a depth of 300 mms and use as infill along service access road and the balance to be removed off site. This includes removal of surface water drains.
Mounds around carparks to be removed and to be spread over carpark areas as appropriate.
The two large boulders to be moved off site.
Remove quarry finnings and ductwork. Ductwork and timber fencing to be moved off site and finnings to be used as fill.
Removal of concrete and fibreglass tanks off site and back fill with hard core.
Remove plastic covers off site.
Equipment building to be removed off site and area reinstated as appropriate.
The two 50 mm foul drain connecting pipes to be removed off site except under the Crag Road and there plugged.
The concrete surface water pipes running parallel to the boundary between the car parking area and the reclaimed field will remain and be plugged and the outlets cut back and covered appropriately. All surface pipe work within carpark areas shall be removed. Interceptor traps to be removed off site and holes backfilled.
The ESB and Eircom Ducts to be removed from main car park entrance to Crag -Green Road Junction and the area to be reinstated.
Remove all cable off site including cable along Kilnaboy road and plug ducts where open.
The basement area at the end of the service access road shall have the walls reduced to 600 mms below the pre-development contour level. The remaining basement area shall be backfilled to pre-development contour levels. All protruding steel re-inforcing bars to be cut back to concrete level.
Butyl lining and rocks around fire fighting reservoir shall be removed and hole filled and dressed and pipe work removed off site and reinstated.
Service access road shall be back filled and left level with the mounds on either side and landscaped appropriately.
Original builders working area shall have the original topsoil spread and reinstated appropriately over this area.
The road widening between Crag Road Cross and Entrance to Main Car Park shall be reinstated appropriately.
The multi-stemmed hazel in the on-site nursery and on existing mounds shall be transplanted as appropriate on site. Other areas to be left suitable for supporting hazel growth.
Mounding to be reduced where appropriate to marry with existing contours.
Site and entrances to be made secure within seven days from 4th July, 2000.
All works to be completed by the 30th May, 2001.
Reinstatement to be understood to be to pre-development contour level.
