This two year Course
concentrates on providing the skills required to work in the dynamic and expanding
area of international teleservices. It
combines the study of a European language with the latest technological
skills. It is envisaged that this
Course will open up exciting and interesting career opportunities to
graduates. Through our work experience
programme, students will have the
opportunity to further develop their skills in this
area. At the end of first year,
students will spend a period of time in France in order to develop their
language skills and become familiar with the culture of the country. This placement is sponsored by the
Department of Education & Science to a maximum of IR£2000 per student. During second year, students may also
complete a short teleservices work placement in Ireland.
