10 string cittern made from an original German 9-string wald-zitthern (silmilar to the old English guitar or gittern)

Ancient 12 string mandolin of German origins - maker unknown

Mandolin - copy of Gibson A-model - made by Mike Vanden

Ancient 7-string fretless (openbacked) banjo - has a thumb string similar to 5-string banjo (recently added modern tuners replacing friction pegs)
