On some types of monitors, games will run faster than they were designed; this program will half the video update in the eyes of programs - slowing down the game.
I find it very useful on my VGA monitor, which refreshes at 100Hz - nice to look at but impossible to play games on. Some games just run too fast to make them remotely playable, and others have ear-splitting music. This module solves all those problems.
Obviously, there aren't much in the way of screenshots for a program like this, you'll just have to trust me that it works as it should [On our machines at least!]
