PatchCDFS is a patch for CDFS (never!) which gives you RockRidge filename support and gets rid of CDFS's tendency to make everything uppercase. This version fixes the problem whereby files such as prog/tar/gz wouldn't get a filetype (thanks Darren!)
NOTE: You need either the RISC OS 4 ROM version [CDFS 2.37 (02 Jun 1999)] or the RISC OS 5 ROM version [CDFS 2.47 (08 Jan 2003)] for this patch.
