BUS SERVICES
All known Bus Services from Dublin Airport as of Jan 2006 are listed below
in alphabetical order of Bus Operator. Where available a timetable link has been included in the
information. All buses depart from the Arrivals Road, on the left after leaving via the main exit,
unless otherwise noted.
AerDart recently launched a shuttle service from Dublin Airport to Howth Junction DART station (via Clare Hall and Doghnamede Shopping Centre. Services operate every 15 minutes connecting with the DART train. Fares are EUR5.00 (EUR3.15 child) single which includes train fare to any DART destination.
Aircoach is a coach service linking Dublin Airport with the
City Centre, Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, Stillorgan and Leopardstown. The large blue coaches operate 2 routes, a circular service operating via the City Centre in both directions to Ballsbridge and Donnybrook and a new service from Dublin Airport to Leopardstown via City Centre and Stillorgan. Service is every 15 minutes on both routes between 6am and 8pm, before 6am and after 8pm service is slightly less frequent consult their
site for full details. Fares are EUR7.00 single (EUR12.00 return) with accompanied children travelling free.
Aircoach has launched a new routes.
Belfast, Newry, Drogheda and Dundalk now have hourly service to Dublin Airport. Connecting services also operate to Cork and points en route. Full details on

Ardcavan operate daily coach service from Dublin Airport to Wexford via Gorey and Ennsicorthy. Services depart from the Short term Car Park coach parking area. For full details consult their

Bus Eireann and Ulsterbus jointly operate a coach service from Dublin Airport to
Drogheda, Dundalk, Newry, Lisburn and Belfast.There are several departures daily, journey time to Belfast is about 2hrs 15mins.

Citylink Coaches operates hourly service to
Galway and points enroute from Dublin Airport. Services depart from the Short term Car Park coach parking area.

Dublin Bus operate several services to and from Dublin Airport. All services depart from the arrivals road from bus stops located immediately to the left after exiting the arrivals hall.
Airlink Express Bus (Dublin Bus Routes 747 & 748) service linking Dublin Airport with City Centre (O'Connell Street & Parnell Square), Busaras (Central Bus Station), Connolly Train Station and Heuston Train Station.
Services depart the airport from 0545 - 2330 at 10/20 minute intervals. Fare is EUR5.00 single (Purchase a 1 Day Bus pass for the same price rather than buy a single ticket) , EUR2.00 for under 16s. This service is non-stop.

Route 16A. Route 16 is a regular Dublin Bus route which operates from
Rathfarnham to the Airport. Service from the Airport is approximately every 20 minutes. All 16A buses from the Airport operate
via the City Centre,routeing via O'Connell St., College Green and Georges Street en route to Rathfarnham. Normal Dublin fares apply (EUR1.55 adult/0.85 child to City Centre).

Route 41.Route 41/41B/41C buses link Swords (1 mile North of the Aiport) with the
City Centre. Service to the Airport is theoretically every 15 minutes, but in practice it is not advisable rely too heavily on the 41 bus especially at busy times. The bus departs Abbey Street in the City Centre and operates via. Gardiner St., Dorset St., Whitehall and Santry to the Airport. Normal Dublin Bus fares apply (EUR1.55 adult/0.85 child to City Centre).

Dun Laoghaire (Ferry Port 6 miles South East of City Centre) with Dublin Airport. Buses run approximately hourly. The buses operate
via the City Centre, Donnybrook and Stillorgan.Normal Dublin Bus fares apply (EUR1.55 adult/0.85 child to City Centre).

Route 230 Route 230 buses maintain an erratic link between Dublin Airport and
Portmarnock via Swords and Malahide, the service operates approximately every half hour except on Sundays when there is no service. Normal Dublin Bus fares apply.

Waterford & Tramore calling at Naas, Carlow and other points en route. Three services a day also operate from Dublin Airport to
Limerick and points enroute. Services leave from the coach park in the Short Term Car Park.
