All files can be printed with comment/keyword sensitive formatting.  The user is provided with a print preview option and a  Quick Print allows the user to print without previewing, with the current printing options. Any clipped lines can be bookmarked in the editor.

Standard Page Options

Standard Printing options are shown in the [Page Layout] dialog box.  This includes orientation and margins, paper size etc.

Columns

To optimize printing space,  you can select the number of columns you wish to have. This is usually implemented with the page orientation set to landscape mode.

Borders

You can select a range of page borders for the printout including Tob/Bottom/Around/Coumns.

Print Highlighting

Commands and Keywords can be highlighed in either bold or italic, both or none. This allows you the best flexbiliity. This is done in the [Page Setup] button of the Print Preview.

Headers/Footers

You can determine what gets printed in the header/footer. There are three positions for text (Left, Centre, Right) which are seperated by the '|' character e.g. "Prism Editor|$Title|$User"
You can set  the header/footer font independently to the code font.

Line Numbers

Checking  the Line Numbers check box will inlcude line numbers on the printout

Print Preview

You can print preview any file. This allows you to select exactly what page you want to print.  Print Preview allows you to zoom in out out.  The Left and Right Hand mouse keys allow the user to preform specific actions.

L-Mouse = Zoom IN
R-Mouse = Zoom Out
L-Mouse + Shift = Previous Page
R-Mouse + Shift = Next Page
Drag Mouse = Pan Page

Review Sheet

Keeping notes of a code review on a seperate sheet can enhance the quality of code reviews by having a premanent record of the issues and types of issues. Clicking the review sheet will print a review table.
