With the score at 52-51 against the St.Louis and less than 10 seconds remaining,Lynn Swinburn's left hand lay up hits the rim and bounces off	Sarah Mee catches the rebound and puts up a magnificent shot to give the St.Louis 2 points and the lead.	Sarah turns away knowing that the Cup is ours.

The final score 52-53 the closest final the school has ever been involved in.	The late Tom Collins in the middle of the action as he always was.	Captain Lynn Swinburn holds the cup aloft

Over 600 students came to support the team in the National Basketball Arena in Dublin. The final was watched by in excess of 1500 spectators.
