The town really looking it's best despite the wettest June and July on record since records began.The Carrick tidy towns group have been working extremely hard all summer and the fruits of their labours are very much in evidence all over the town, If you have a particular view that you would like to see let me know and I'll see what I can do. This is a view of St. Josephs Church which was constructed between 1863 and 1866.

Thursday is Market day in Carrick	View up the main street towards the Market and St. Finbarr's Church.(constructed 1775)

The view down Main Street to the Courthouse which was built in 1844.	The Market Square, which in recent years saw the buildings . used as a Fire Station. The photo shows new paving development of the area.
