EFCO is a network of European Cultural and Youth federations, organistations, institutions, associations and groups, developing an East-West network of Cooperation Partnerships.

EFCO has a Network of More than 36 Member Countries, building the structure for a united Europe and a civil society with a strong foundation of knowledge, experience, goodwill and friendship.

EFCO is a united voice in Europe for folk art and culture, working with the Council of Europe, the European Parliament , the European Union and all European Cultural non-government organisations , foundations, associations, state and semi-state bodies.
