ATHLONE TOWN FC are delighted that our appeal to the FAI Club Licencing Appeals Body concerning the Club's Licence for the coming season has been successful.

We were always confident that our Licence Application would be granted and were some what surprised when it was initially declined.

As Chairman of Athlone Town FC I would like to compliment and thank the Members of the Committee who put in a superb effort in order that Athlone Town FC was fully compliant with the registration procedures laid down.

We are looking forward to the coming season and are optimistic for future success.
