The following suspensions were issued by the Disciplinary Commission at their meeting on Wednesday, 1st December 2004 and will take effect as and from Wednesday, 15th December 2004 unless otherwise stated:

David Bracken (Bohemians) suspended for ONE (1) eircom League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR50 as a result of being sent off v Cork City (19.11.04). Suspension to be served.

David Breen (Waterford United) suspended for ONE (1) eircom League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR50 as a result of being sent off v Longford Town (17.11.04). Suspension already served.

Jason Byrne (Shelbourne) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Jim Crawford (Shelbourne) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Chris Deans (Dundalk) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR40 as a result of reaching eight (8) penalty points.

Gareth Farrelly (Manager, Bohemians) fined EUR50 and warned as to his future conduct as a result of being sent from the technical area by the referee v Cork City (19.11.04).

Gary Fitzgerald (Galway United) suspended for TWO (2) competitive matches and fined EUR50 as a result of being sent off v Kildare County (19.11.04). Automatic suspension in next eircom League match to be served and one (1) competitive match as and from Wednesday, 15th December.

Wayne Fitzgerald (Waterford United) suspended for ONE (1) eircom League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR50 as a result of being sent off v Derry City (19.11.04). Suspension to be served.

Anthony Gorman (Finn Harps) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Raymond Lally (Cork City) suspended for ONE (1) Under 21 League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR25 as a result of being sent off v U.C.D. (21.11.04). Suspension to be served.

Mark McNulty (Cork City) suspended for ONE (1) Under 21 League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR25 as a result of being sent off v U.C.D. (21.11.04). Suspension to be served.

Conor Molan (Limerick) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR40 as a result of reaching eight (8) penalty points.

Jim Murphy (Monaghan United) suspended for ONE (1) eircom League match as per FIFA directive and fined EUR50 as a result of being sent off v Bray Wanderers (19.11.04). Suspension to be served.

Liam Murphy (Technical Staff, Cork City) fined EUR50 and warned as to his future conduct as a resultof being sent from the technical area by the referee v U.C.D. (21.11.04).

Noel O'Connor (Asst. Manager, Cork City) fined EUR100 and warned as to his future conduct as a result of being sent from the technical area by the referee v Bohemians (19.11.04).

David O'Dowd (Galway United) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Greg O'Halloran (Cork City) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Graeme O'Keeffe (Athlone Town) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR40 as a result of reaching eight (8) penalty points.

Ray Scully (Kildare County) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR25 as a result of reaching four (4) penalty points.

Trevor Vaughan (Dundalk) suspended for ONE (1) competitive match and fined EUR40 as a result of reaching eight (8) penalty points.
