Lynn 'La Gitanilla', Flamenco Puro
For twelve years, Lynn trained with Ann Cazzini in classical ballet. Lynn started taking flamenco classes in Dublin with Esperanza Linares in 1997 and continued for 7 years, then went on to study with Ana Castellano's Flamenco y Más group for over 2 years.
With Flamenco y Más, Lynn performed at the Rupert Guinness Theatre, the Dublin Writer's Museum and Killashee House Hotel. She performed with Esperanza Linares at a number of events including the Christian Dior Fashion Show in Dublin in 2003.

Lynn has participated in many flamenco workshops including Raquel de Luna & El Tigre from Juan Martin's Arte Flamenco Puro, Elena Vicini, La Joaquina from Flamenco Express, Yolanda González Sobrado (Riverdance), Felipe de Algeciras in Dublin and with María La Serrana and Lourdes Recio through Taller Flamenco in Seville. In September 2001, she participated in a workshop with Victorio in Fazils of New York and in April 2002 went to London to study at the Escuela de Baile with Fernando Galan.
In 2006, Lynn travelled to Holland to take a week long workshop with world famous flamenco dancer Farruquito and participates in regular workshops with Felipe de Algeciras. In the summer of 2008, she studied with Carolina López Campos and Cristina Hall. In July 2009, Lynn participated in a workshop with Concha Jareño in Dublin and throughout August 2009 Lynn participated in weekly workshops with Yolanda González Sobrado.
Festival de Jerez 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011: In 2008, Lynn travelled to the XII Flamenco Festival de Jerez where she studied 'Seguiyiras' with María del mar Moreno. In 2009, Lynn travelled to the XIII Flamenco Festival de Jerez where she studied 'Martinete' with Andrés Marín and Manuel Liñán. In March 2010, Lynn travelled to the XIV Festival de Jerez to study 'Bulerias por Soleá' with Mercedes Ruiz and 'Soleá' with Manuel Liñán. Lynn travels to the XV Festival de Jerez in February/March 2011.
Bienal de Flamenco, Sevilla: In September 2010, Lynn travelled with other members of Flamenco Puro to take intensive classes with Vicky Barea at Andrés Marin Flamenco Abierto and studied 'Soleá por Bulerias' with artist and teacher Ana Morales and enjoyed the many professional shows on offer at this famous Flamenco Festival.
With Aires Flamencos, Lynn performed at St Patricks Festival, Dun Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures and World Routes Day at the National Concert Hall, Dublin in 2006.
Since co-founding Sólo Flamenco in 2007, Lynn performed at many events including the Dun Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures 2007 and 2008, García Flamenco School of Music's peña, Samhlaíocht Arts Festival and the Spraoi Festival in Waterford. From 2007-2008 she performed at Temple Bar's Spanish restaurant La Paloma with the group.
In August 2009, Lynn became involved in founding the group Flamenco Puro which performed as guest artists with Aires Flamencos at the Dun Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures 2009.

In September 2009, Lynn travelled to Córdoba and Sevilla for 14 days to take intensive workshops with Eva Gonzalez and Jorge del Pino at the Centro Municipal de Flamenco. She took technique & choreography classes with Vicky Barea from Andrés Marin Flamenco Abierto and participated in technique & choreography classes with Isabel Bayón. Partly funded by the Arts Council.

Teaching:
In the summer of 2008 Lynn taught 'An Introduction to Flamenco' at the Ann Cazzini Ballet School.
In June 2010 Lynn taught Flamenco Basics at the Ann Cazzini Ballet School.
In June 2009, Lynn performed at a Spanish Night at Brasserie 15, Castleknock, Dublin.
In July 2009, Lynn performed at the Fiesta Festa Latin Night at the Dandelion Club in Dublin.
In August 2009, Lynn performed as a guest artist with Aires Flamencos at the Dun Laoghaire Festival of World Cultures.
In October 2009, Lynn performed at a Spanish Night at The Grapevine in Kilkenny.
In April 2010, Lynn performed and gave flamenco lessons to a large group of Girl Guides at Russborough House, Co Wicklow as part of a Centenary celebration.
In May 2010, Lynn took part in a photoshoot to launch Temple Bar Cultural Events 2010 through the Temple Bar Cultural Trust.
In June 2010, for three nights, Lynn was guest flamenco dancer in Bizet's opera 'Carmen' at the Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire with Anthony Kearns, Doreen Curran and Glasthule Opera.
Sky TV 'Got To Dance' S2: Lynn was 1 dancer of 450 out of over 3,000 contestants across the UK & Ireland that made it through to the quarter final round of auditions and was invited to audition in London with Davina McCall with judges Adam Garcia, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Banjo in October 2010.
In January 2011, Lynn featured on the first episode of the auditions on Sky TV's series Got to Dance.
