It's based on the same four cartridge engine as the highly successful BJC-610 to maximise on cost efficiency for colour printing. Like the BJC-610, the BJC-620 features 720 x 720 dpi printing on plain paper, and also uses Microsoft® Windows® Printing System™ software that optimises printing from within MS® Windows®.

Compared with the BJC-610, an enhanced print engine means that the BJC-620 can print high quality photographic images up to twice as fast.
