International Conference

Practical Application of New Technologies in Today's Industry

ISA Ireland Section has launched its International Conference on the practical uses of new and emerging technology in your industry.  This is the ninth conference organised by ISA Ireland where we bring to Irish industry international speakers covering relevant practical topics designed to improve competitiveness and quality in today's quickly changing environment.

ProcessingTalk says

Pharmaceutical plants have transformed Ireland: while the plants themselves have been built in Cork and Dublin, there are many specialists suppliers now established across the whole of Ireland, built up to serve the local industry, but now spreading worldwide.

These are interesting sources of new ideas, but also of the application of the latest technology. ISA in Ireland is one of the most active sections, with regular technical conferences relevant to these suppliers, or presenting the techniques developed there.

Two technical presentations are planned by ISA in the next month. The first is tonight, 19 October at 8pm at the Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork, an open to all presentation entitled "Advances in Coriolis Meter Calibration Techniques", which has particular relevance to validation and calibration records in the pharma industry.

The second event is a full day conference on November 9, which brings yet more international speakers to Ireland to present "Practical uses of new and emerging technology" - specifically covering new wireless techniques, Process analysis, Biometrics, Advanced Diagnostics: and ending with a review of new techniques in pharmaceuticals (inevitably!).

Further details of these and many other interesting conferences or manufacturers (free) training sessions can be found on the Training, Conferences/Seminars and Exhibitions sections of the Processingtalk website. Plus further pharmaceuticals stories are to be found under Pharma in the Industry focus sections on the site. See the industry listing and explore these areas and see what might be of relevance to you.
