Tourist Guide Publication

This is our biggest project and is now celebrating it's 32nd edition. Each year, we produce 60,000 copies of a tourist guide to Galway. It is distributed free of charge, both locally and abroad. The project is funded through selling advertising and each year we deal with about 100 advertisers.

The tourist guide is a significant project requiring a lot of hard work each year, the commitment of a large committee and the ongoing support of advertisers, without whom the project would not be possible. It is a very rewarding project for the committee members, both in terms of the teamwork and interaction with the advertisers, and the satisfaction of seeing the finished product so well appreciated by visitors to our city.
