Munster Leagues, 1997/1998
Martin O'Grady reports - The final round up of the three Munster League divisions happened at the South Court Hotel, Limerick, on Sunday 26th April. A dramatic final half hour of play saw the City of Cork CC team win the Division 1 title on tie break from Limerick CC. Here are the full final results. This is Cork's first win of the Munster title.
Division 1: City of Cork 'A' 36.5, Limerick 'A' 36.5, CCYMS 35, Charleville 'A' 29.5, Waterford 27.5, Carrigaline 23, Limerick 'B' 22.
Division 2: City of Cork 'B' 29, Charleville 18, City of Cork 'C' 17.5, Charleville 'B' 16.5, Limerick 'C' 14.
Division 3: Tralee 20.5, Kilfinane 15.5, Charleville 'D' 12.5, City of Cork 'D' 11.5
