Parents:
Parents, the primary educators of the child, partner the school system.
A student's success depends largely
on positive parental attitudes towards school and extra-curricular activities. Parents can
support their children
throughout their complete school life by:
- Reading the School Homework Journal, following the Guidelines therein and signing it each week.
- Attending Parent/Teacher meetings.
- Attending School meetings and functions.
- The school has an active Parents' Council which is affiliated to C.S.P.A. the National
Parents' Association for Voluntary Catholic Schools.
The role of the Council is primarily advisory and consultative in relation to the school and
provides wider opportunities for involvement by parents in a positive and constructive manner.
