complete packaged pre-plumbed air compressor heat recovery unit.
Plate Heat Recovery Units are available in various sizes. The most
popular size is the 45 kilowatt unit. Each unit comes complete with
a Bronze Circulating Pump, two control thermostats and a Welded
or Bolted Chromium Plated Copper Heat Exchanger.
This unit recovers 80% of the power input to the air compressor,
which is 100% of the waste heat available. The recovered heat is
stored as 65 - 85 Degrees C water in a glass lined stainless steel
hot water storage unit. This system can operate at up to 10 bar
pressure.
