Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Anniedays Website. Below are our terms and conditions which apply for the purchase of products from our website.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is not available we will not substitute items in its place. All items are subject to availability.

PAYMENT
Payments to be made in full four working days prior to items being dispatched.

DELIVERY

You are required to provide correct postal address and telephone number of recipient. We cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are incorrect or insufficient.

We are presently delivering our  product range within Ireland only. Worldwide deliveries are possible by arrangement.
Delivery within Ireland is by Courier service and for smaller items priority post. Most items will be despatched within 4 working days of ordering, see individual items for delivery details. Please allow up to 28 days for external deliveries pending customs.
Proof of delivery of gift items will be taken as evidence of delivery of item purchased by the customer. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of goods. We cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a product. Any damaged goods or shortfall in items to be notified to us within two days of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return the item unused in the original packaging, within seven days of receipt and we will refund your money in full. To arrange this please contact us using contact us form or call us on 00353 (0)876214224. Any changes or cancellation of orders must be notified to us within two days of placing the order. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition.


DAMAGES
We take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit we will be responsible for replacement costs of item only. For any personal injury or damage to property we will not in any way be responsible.
