This is a small selection of useful resources from and about the "new movement" itself rather than about the issues it is organised around. Most of these in turn have links to further resources.
Ireland
- The Grassroots Gathering is the anti-authoritarian network within the Irish movement against capitalist globalisation
- An important new development is the Irish Social Forum, an attempt to bring different groups, organisations and movements together from across Irish society in opposition to neo-liberalism and the World Economic Forum meeting in Dublin in October 2003
- The Irish Indymedia pages are a fundamental way of keeping in touch with what's happening in the Irish movement
- The Protest.net pages are a useful tool for keeping in touch with upcoming events in Ireland

- John Charlton wrote a remarkable piece of instant oral history, "Talking Seattle", after the Seattle demonstrations
- Colours of Resistance is an attempt to develop the diversity of the new movement; the Web pages include a range of useful resources
- The trade unionist / academic Global Solidarity Dialogue pages are well worth a look
- The documents from the two Zapatista-sponsored Gatherings for Humanity and Against Neoliberalism, which helped give birth to the movement, are at this address
- The June 18th protests in London sparked some extensive reflections among participants, some of which are available online here and here

- The Genoa Social Forum were the main hosts of the anti-G8 demo
- The Rete Contro G8 is the Italian anti-G8 network
- The Italian Indy Media pages are a key point of reference on the Genoa protests
- The multilingual Mir home page includes links to Italian alternative media sources such as Il Manifesto and Radio Popolare
- These pages have follow-up material from Genoa as well as things like the European Social Forum in Florence, etc.
