CyberLib Home Page

last updated 15 August 1998

Welcome to CyberLib -- a library of articles and essays mostly concerned with the global political situation, along with some other material you may find of interest. Items in CyberLib may be freely reposted for non-commercial use, provided they are copied in their entirety, with all headers, signatures, etc., intact.

The Table of Contents for CyberLib includes a paragraph or two describing each article. Please note: new articles may have been uploaded since the last update of this file, so you may want to check for additional entries after reading this. The folder/file names endeavor to be self-descriptive.

Please also visit the website of Citizens for a Democratic Renaissance (CDR) -- http://cyberjournal.org . The material on CyberLib will eventually be transferred there.

We at CDR moderate two lists which are aimed at spreading information useful to building a grassroots democratic political movement, and to fostering a sense of movement community . Both are low to moderate traffic.

Our renaissance-network list is hosted by Jan Slakov and Richard Moore, of CDR, and seeks to serve as a community forum for activists interested in building the movement. You can give it a try by pressing this button and then sending the message (no subject or contents needed)... Subscribe Here

The cyberjournal list has been operating for several years, hosted by Richard Moore, and offers news, analysis, and discussion related to globalization, corporate power, and movement strategy. It has about a thousand subscribers, receives postive feedback regularly from readers, and you can join by pressing this button and then sending the message (no subject or contents needed)... A community will evolve only when the people control their means of communication.
