At the initial design stage, our team of experts can offer guidance on casting tolerances and properties, feasibility and suitability of product geometry to the casting process, and material properties.

Quality checks are applied throughout manufacture and the finished product is 100% visually inspected in addition to the checking of key dimensions and tolerances against customer's specifications.

If required, Certificates of Conformity to a choice of international standards, Metallurgical and Mechanical Analyses Certificates are provided. Radiographical testing can also be undertaken, to augment in-house dye penetrant testing.
