Venture Scouting 15+
' How it's done'

There are several key functions in the planning process of any project or expedition, from the start, where you define the objective (what it is you want to do) to the eventual evaluation (how did it go, what could have been done better ).  These functions can then be further broken down into three component areas - Task, Team and Individual.   In other words, for each key function there will be a task in which both the individual and team have an input.

Step 6
Information Exposition.

Every year, Units from all around your  Units Region get together for a swapshop of ideas and information.  At this Annual Review, Units mount static displays, video or slide shows of their project or expedition.  It's a great place to get ideas and information, making the planning for next year all the easier.  You might meet a Unit you could join up with for a joint venture.  There will also be information on organised events run by the National Venture Team.
