Ballygarran House prides itself in excellent Country House cooking. Evening meals by request and subject to numbers. Dishes include Rosemary Lamb, Baked Sole with Dill Sauce, Wexford Mussels, Crab and wild Salmon is a real treat. Seasonal vegetables complement the main courses, while Colcannon and old fashioned bread and butter pudding are a few of the many favourite dishes available on the dinner menu. |
