is a Community based
project located in the heart of Limerick City.
Situated in the Historical area of
King's Island and St Mary's Parish better known as "The Parish".It
was set up to support the development of the local community through liaison
with Parish based social,sporting and environmentally based groups and

We publish a quarterly magazine "The
Parish News" covering local topical events including
historical items,sports, entertainment, social welfare information and
providing a focus for Parish activity.

We organise and run historical walking
tours of King's Island and St Mary's Parish visiting local historical areas
and buildings such as King Johns Castle, St Mary's Cathedral etc

We undertake environmental improvements
to the the local community including Church and School grounds,playing
areas,rugby soccer and GAA club pitches and housing estates

We work in conjunction with the areas
of Community Development,Estate Manage.met and Parish development to ensure
a greater quality of life within the local area.

Our website enables access to local Parish
happenings and events to Diaspora,emigrants and

subscribers to the Internet.

we also conduct "Angela's Ashes" walking
tours including locations featured in Dr Frank McCourt's Pulitzer Prize
winning book
