The Club has embarked on an ambitious development plan with the aim of improving the facilities in Russell Park for our players , members and visitors .

The areas for development are : 

1. Members Lounge .

Architectural plans  drawn and submitted to the Club.

Planning Application applied for .

Second stage of plans ( Design) for the Lounge April 2001.

Plans and drawings on view to Members 03.05.2001 

Due Date for renovations  to commence : October 2001

 Commenced 12.11.2001 

Re-opened Friday December 7th. 

Officially opened   01.02.2002 by An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern T.D.

2. Dressing Rooms .

Stage at present    24/04/2004

Architectural Plans drawn and submitted to Club.

New bank of dressing rooms (8), referee rooms , shower areas, storage rooms.

Changes to existing planning permission applied for .

Due date for construction . Autumn  2002
