St Mark's is located in
Tallaght in South County Dublin. The school is overlooked by the Dublin Mountains and is surrounded on the north, east and south by the housing estates from which our pupils come and on the west by the many open spaces for the various sports played in the neighbourhood.

St. Mark's Schools are in the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Mark's which was founded in 1972. The Church of St Mark's is facing our school.

We have had some new things in our school.

Directions to our School

Our school is best approached by taking the M50 motorway southwards to the Tallaght Exit (N81). Turn right off the roundabout and follow the dual carriageway to its end, that is, where it meets the road with two way traffic. Turn right at this traffic light controlled junction (signposted as turning to Brookfield and Fettercairn) on to the Cheeverstown Road. Continue along this road for about 0.5Km to the next right turn. Take this right turn on to the Cookstown Road and follow the road as it bends. Pass the Credit Union building and the Shopping Centre. Continue straight across the T-junction on to Maplewood Road. St Mark's Senior and Junior schools are on your left facing St Mark's RC Church. As you enter the school grounds St Mark's Senior School is the building on your left. The Main Door and Reception Area are at the end of the playground on your left.
