THU closed at the end of November 2000. In April 2001 a new organisation took over the task of providing research based on the records of the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly.
Tipperary Family History Research is based at the Excel Heritage Centre, Mitchell Street, Tipperary Town and can be reached by Telephone at 00 353 62 80555/80556 or by email at research@tfhr.org.
