The new Wright Insurance building is located in the "Cornmarket" opposite the Arts Centre. The facing of sandstone give it a warm appearance at all times of the year. At night it has its own attractive lighting. | |

'Whites of Wexford' is a 157 bedroom 4 star hotel in Abbey St. adjacent to the Wright Insurance building. The hotel opened in the
summer of 2006 and occupies the site of the old Whites Hotel which was completely demolished. |

The carpark at the rear of Rowe St Church (Mallin Street) is the site for the new Wexford Library. Construction will commence in the summer of 2007. | ||

The Bank of Ireland on Wexford Quays has been a controversial design since it was built. In 2007 this building is to be redeveloped in a style more in sympathy with its surroundings. |
