CHECK IN normally after 3pm. we appreciate time of arrival to be given in advance to ensure we are here to welcome you to our home.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are located 5 miles from local towns and so we do not receive passing trade. Our business is mostly pre-booked and so we appreciate early cancellation notification to allow us to put up the available room on the internet to try and let others avail of the possibility of staying in our home.
7-14 days notice 50% of the first night
24 hours - 6 days notice- 75% of the 1st night
Failure to show 100% of the 1st night.
