9.00am - 10.30am - Friday Tea Time Show (Repeat) - Tommy Collins
A selection of music that crosses all types and genres. The show also features items and interviews of local interest and often includes excerpts from plays and concerts.

10.30am - 12 Noon - Rural Report -  Noel Cronin
A round up of what's happening in the rural areas of Ardmore, Clashmore, Kinsalebeg, Knockanore, Mount Uniake, Killeagh, Inch, Gortroe, Ballymacoda and beyond. With a cast of thousands, his trusty crew of rural reporters, Noel occasionally finds time to play a relaxing piece of music.

12 Noon - 2.00pm - The Country and Irish Show -  Bill Daly/Pat Daly
The show promotes Irish artistes both local and national and also features interviews with personalities from inside and outside the music business. Listeners are invited to ring in during the show with requests and dedications and by so doing are entered into a weekly competition for country music albums and tickets to local country music events.


2.00pm - 3.00pm - Ballymacoda News - John McCarthy
As well as being a contributor to Rural Report, John presents a mix of news, views and incisive comments from the Ballymacoda/Gortroe area. The show carries requests and dedications as well as a dash of poetry, often written by John himself.

3.00pm - 5.00pm - The Saturday Afternoon Show - Justin Maher
 A fast paced programme with plenty of up to date music that is very popular with his dedicated band of listeners. The show includes horse racing, GAA, soccer and other sports results and quite often contains live updates, and even commentaries, from our team of sports correspondents.

5.00pm - 6.00pm - Deice News - Eddie Moloney and Mary Sheehan
News and events diary from across the river Blackwater in West Waterford.

6.00pm - 7.00pm - Beal na hAbhainn - Tim Smith
Tim is heavily involved with Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann and the programme's music content reflects this. Some of the programme is presented "as gailge".

7.00pm - 7.30pm - Every Grain of Sand - John Roche
A relaxing half hour of music and meditation that prepares the listener for Mass at 7.30pm.

Nooche requests the pleasure of your company for news and craic and a special guest spot. With music to suit everybody from chart hits to classics from the 30s, 40s and 50s. Phone in with your requests and greetings.

What's happening on the sports scene, the programme often features live coverage and commentary of a crucial local sporting fixture.
5.00pm - 6.00pm - Reflections - Mervyn Scott
The programme is a  mixture of contemporary and easy listening Christian music with interviews and requests. Biblical readings also form an integral part of the show.
